Individual training focuses entirely on you – your needs, goals, and limitations. This allows each individual to be as effective as possible, and progress is noticed more quickly. I create programs based on an analysis of your fitness level, lifestyle, and expectations.
Group training, on the other hand, fosters team energy – mutual motivation, healthy competition, and a shared pursuit of a goal. Classes are held in small groups, allowing for a personalized approach while also providing an extra dose of motivation.
In both formats, I combine elements of endurance, strength, functional training, and overall development. This ensures a comprehensive program that supports comprehensive development.
