Tennis is a sport in which success depends not only on technique but also on motor skills. A player must be fast, agile, enduring, and capable of sustained concentration. My training focuses on developing these elements so that every tennis player can maximize their potential.

I emphasize exercises that improve reflexes and reaction speed, crucial for receiving the ball. We work on dynamic footwork, which allows for lightning-fast starts to the ball and sudden changes of direction. I place a strong emphasis on muscular endurance, ensuring the player can maintain high intensity even in matches lasting several hours.

Training also includes core stabilization and strengthening the core muscles – these protect against back and shoulder injuries, common in tennis. Regular training also improves balance, allowing for better shots from difficult positions.

I tailor each program to the individual player's level. Whether you play recreationally or compete in tournaments, proper motor training will make you faster, more enduring, and ready for every rally.
