The uniformed services require above-average physical fitness and mental endurance from candidates and officers. My training program prepares both those taking their entry exams and those who want to maintain a high level of fitness throughout their career.
The training sessions are designed to reflect real-world challenges: prolonged exertion, sudden accelerations, heavy lifting, and performance under stress. We train fitness, functional strength, muscular endurance, and mobility.

I place significant emphasis on the fitness tests required for recruitment – running, pull-ups, push-ups, and interval exercises. I also conduct mental training to strengthen resistance to stress and fatigue.
