An injury is one of the most difficult moments in an athlete's and amateur's career. Returning to full fitness requires patience, consistency, and carefully selected exercises. My training is focused on safe body recovery and gradual increases in load.
We work on:
joint stabilization and strengthening of core muscles,
mobility and range of motion in the injured area,
muscle strength – to restore full functionality,
coordination – to ensure the body works harmoniously again.
Mental health is also crucial – many athletes experience anxiety about returning to full load. Through gradual progression and appropriate training methods, we rebuild confidence.
I consult with physiotherapists and tailor each program to the type of injury and the stage of rehabilitation. The goal is not only to return to fitness but also to prevent recurrence.
