In football, physical fitness determines a player's effectiveness on the pitch. Every match involves constant changes of pace, sprints, jumps, physical combat, and playing under pressure. My motor skills training for footballers encompasses all the elements necessary to improve their game.
We work on:
starting speed – crucial in one-on-one duels,
anaerobic endurance – allowing for sustained intensity throughout the match,
functional strength – needed for fighting for the ball,
coordination and dynamics – to increase movement efficiency.
I tailor my training sessions individually – a defender has different needs than a winger or striker. I also incorporate preventative training (stabilization, mobility, joint strengthening), which reduces the risk of muscle injuries and strains.
The program for young players is designed for general development, while for players playing at a higher level, it is specialized. My goal is for every player to gain a fitness advantage over their opponent and be able to fully utilize their technical skills.
