Basketball

Basketball is a sport that requires excellent physical fitness, reaction speed, jumping ability, and endurance. My motor skills training for basketball players includes comprehensive preparation for intense play. I focus on developing dynamic footwork, which improves jump speed and starting speed – crucial for defense and counterattacks. We also work on motor coordination so you can effectively perform quick turns, changes of direction, and acceleration.

I tailor each workout individually – for young players just starting out in basketball, as well as for players who want to reach a higher level. I utilize functional, plyometric, interval, and strength exercises, which together create a complete basketball preparation. I also incorporate elements of endurance training, allowing players to maintain an intense pace throughout four quarters.

Injury prevention is crucial. By strengthening joints, ligaments, and stabilizing muscles, players are less susceptible to injuries that are common in basketball (knees, ankles, and backs).

The goal of my training is not only to improve your performance but also to build confidence and mental strength on the pitch. Together, we work on perseverance, concentration, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Whether you're playing recreationally or fighting for a spot on the league roster, motor skills training will help you develop your skills and play with greater efficiency.
