Individual coaching is primarily about tailoring training to the athlete’s age, level of performance, and current needs. Every athlete develops at their own pace, which is why, especially when working with children and young athletes, it is important to plan training loads appropriately and gradually build their physical potential.
I help athletes develop strength, speed, power, jumping ability, agility, and endurance, while also focusing on healthy physical development, proper movement technique, and injury prevention.
The coaching process also includes monitoring progress and continuously adjusting the training program, allowing each athlete to develop their abilities safely and over the long term.
The goal is not only better sports performance, but above all to develop a well-rounded, physically prepared athlete who understands and is confident in their own body.
